Nadine is a seasoned Business Consultant, who has successfully delivered outcomes using project methodologies including PRINCE2, PMBOK, RUPP, AGILE, and Waterfall with budgets ranging between $200k - $28m, within the public and private sectors. she has a diverse background in industries from Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Retail, Non-for-Profit, Government through to Mining and Road Infrastructure. 

Her vast experience as a business analyst, includes business case development, business requirement creation to process re-engineering through to training, transition, etc. 

One of her core strengths is her soft skills which enable her to quickly gain the trust and cooperation of stakeholders (internal and externally) from Operations and IT through to Executive Management. Resistance to change is a constant challenge in any project or business process re-engineering. To be successful requires empathy and appropriate soft skills. 

She has the ability to quickly define and clarify the current business processes and drivers, mapping the pathway from the current state to the desired state.

  • Review and understand the current state of businesses, what their core business is, and establish their true business proposition (Fiji Roads Authority, RACWA, SAI Global, Capricorn Mutual, CardLink).

  • Identify and understand key gaps and issues within individual business models.

  • Implement industry best practices.

  • Understand the functional and non-functional requirements of each business.

  • Facilitate workshops to define projects, by agreeing on the scope, the basis for managing the project, what the overall success will look like, and how it will or should be assessed.

  • Develop a fit for purpose solution to suit the required business need.

  • Develop benefits realisation analyses where required.

  • Implement and project manage key business solutions.

  • Build and manage relationships with the key stakeholders.

  • Develop and design process as-is and to-be business process maps. 

  • Streamline and re-engineer business process maps.

  • Develop and design project documentation (Business Cases, Business Requirements, Request for Information, Transition Plans, and Test Plans, etc).

  • Contribute to the change and risk management, this includes (not limited to) change risk assessment and mitigation, gap analysis, development of change impact assessment for key impacted stakeholders. liaising with change management team, reviewing change management plans.

  • Mentor and up-skill business resources on project methodology and process development.

  • Develop and conduct training.
